My Background

I’m a senior production and creative operations leader with deep experience building the systems, teams, and partner models that bring complex brand work to life at scale.  In my most recent role as Director, Creative Production, Strategy & Operations at Target, I’ve led multi-channel content ecosystems,  partnering closely with cross-functional teams to bring concepts to life with strong craft, thoughtful standards, and measurable outcomes.  I’m also hands-on in the work by upholding brand quality and leading creative production strategy at an enterprise level.

My approach is grounded in clarity, collaboration, and creative discipline. I do my best work by bringing structure to complexity by aligning teams around a shared vision, defining standards that protect quality, and building workflows that make strong creative easier to produce consistently. I believe the best systems don’t limit creativity, they create the conditions for it to thrive.


I’m a collaborative, hands-on leader who works across functions to connect strategy, creative intent, and execution. Whether I’m consulting on a style guide, supporting art direction, or refining production workflows, my focus is always to help teams produce thoughtful, high-quality work with less friction and greater impact.

  • Scaled creative delivery at enterprise volume at Target: led end-to-end production across photography, video, CGI and AI supporting 170K+ assets annually; balancing craft, speed, budget, and consistency across multiple channels,


  • Upheld brand standards at scale: Partnered with creative and brand teams to consult on and refine style guides across Apparel, Accessories, Home, and Grocery — providing ongoing feedback on visual standards and QA frameworks to keep multi-team output consistently on-brand across categories and channels.

  • AI-forward, brand-safe innovation: championed CGI and GenAI-assisted versioning workflows for high-volume, efficient asset creation while partnering with cross functional teams to set AI guardrails for brand safety, ethical AI, and compliant model use.


  • Modernized the creative operating model: improved intake/prioritization, workflow visibility, and partner coordination to increase predictability, reuse, and efficiency across a complex, multi-studio ecosystem.
