My Background

I’m a creative, production, and strategy marketing leader who loves turning big, complex ideas into clear, compelling brand stories, then building the systems that help teams deliver that work consistently at scale.  In my most recent role as Director, Creative Operations, Strategy & Operations at Target, I’ve led multi-channel content ecosystems across digital, packaging, web, and campaigns, partnering closely with cross-functional teams to bring concepts to life with strong craft, thoughtful standards, and measurable outcomes.  I’m also hands-on in the work by shaping style guides, protecting brand quality, and supporting art direction on set with internal and external teams.

My approach is grounded in clarity, collaboration, and creative discipline. I do my best work by bringing structure to complexity by aligning teams around a shared vision, defining standards that protect quality, and building workflows that make strong creative easier to produce consistently. I believe the best systems don’t limit creativity, they create the conditions for it to thrive.


I’m a collaborative, hands-on leader who works across functions to connect strategy, creative intent, and execution. Whether I’m shaping a style guide, supporting art direction, or refining production workflows, my focus is always to help teams produce thoughtful, high-quality work with less friction and greater impact.

  • Scaled creative delivery at enterprise volume at Target: led end-to-end production across photography, video, CGI and AI supporting 170K+ assets annually; balancing craft, speed, budget, and consistency across digital, packaging, and campaign needs.


  • Built brand standards that hold at scale: shaped and maintained style guides across Apparel, Accessories, Home, and Grocery, along with visual standards, and QA frameworks to keep multi-team output consistently on-brand across categories and channels.


  • Hands-on creative leadership: supported on-set art direction with internal and external teams, guiding styling/talent alignment and making real-time decisions to protect creative intent.


  • AI-forward, brand-safe innovation: championed CGI and GenAI-assisted versioning workflows for high-volume, efficient asset creation while partnering with cross functional teams to set AI guardrails for brand safety, ethical AI, and compliant model use.


  • Modernized the creative operating model: improved intake/prioritization, workflow visibility, and partner coordination to increase predictability, reuse, and efficiency across a complex, multi-studio ecosystem.
